1.  Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Statement

1.1  Discrimination General Policy
It is the policy of BBDaqta Professional Services of Springfield, Virginia to provide equality of opportunity in its roles and activities associated with personnel augmentation staffing recruitment and placement efforts on behalf of corporate cleints and job or project seekers.  Accordingly, BBData does not practice or condone unlawful discrimination in any form against military veterans, corporate clients or work project applicants on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.  

1.2  Discrimination
Discrimination based upon race, color, religion, creed, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or sexual orientation is in violation of federal and Virginia state law and BBData policies.  BBData will respond promptly, as approrpriate, to all complaints of discrimination or other perceived violations of this policy. Unlawful discrimination is completely incompatible with the values and goals of BBData.

2.  Partnership Business Relationships and Compensation
2.1  Fees
For corporate clients, there is an initial, one-time administrative entry processing and on-going staffing reporting fee. Beyond that, there is only a negotiated percentage-of-compensation due fee, as defined in the partnership authorization and fee statement, due after a successful placement.

3. Guarantees and Refunds
3.1 General Guarantees
Our work in support of identifying corporate clients and staffing candidates, matching the two and concluding a working relationship or partnership through BBData's business processes, is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of the corporate client and the staffing candidate, with a guarantee of an unquestioned refund, up to 100% of the fee for the assignment or activity in question.

3.2 Service Termination
In the furtherance of this policy, either the client, candidate or BBData may terminate any written or verbal agreement associated with any potential or initated work assignment at any time, for any reason, relative to its services and expressed capabilities, within 72 hours of the receipt of either a written USPS letter fax or email message.

3.3 Refund Requests
All refund requests will be granted without question... with no exceptions. These refunds will be available at anytime after the physical receipt of any service fees charged by BBData and be represent an offset to physically collected funds from the fee provider.  Any fee or charge will be refunded within a 72 hour period from the receipt date of the refund request.

3.4 Refund Processing Data
To receive a refund, please notify us by mail, fax or email (www.BBDataProfSrv@aol.com). This communique should provide:
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Corporate client and or/or staffing candidate name
  • The amount of the requested refund
  • Any associated transaction account numbers (e.g., credit or debit card number, check bank routing number, bank name, checking account number,check number and original check amount)
  • Name of the authorizing remittance individual telephone number and plus address information
